Orders over R3000 qualify for free shipping. On orders under R3000, a R650 shipping fee will apply.
Delivery to main towns and city centres will take 3 – 5 working days. Outlying areas 5 – 7 working days. We deliver door to door via our chosen courier service.
All parcels are dispatched with a tracking number. Once your parcel is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
The items need to be returned in an unused condition and in their original sealed packaging. You may be liable for the direct costs of returning the goods. All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure they are suitable for a refund.
