Our stretcher frames are made from European pine and kiln dried to ensure perfectly straight bars, the frame are light in weight making them easy to hang or frame.

Satin Photo Paper

Material

Our photo prints are printd on a 190gsn Ultra Satin paper, Microporous coated, based on a high quality opaque white PE coated “true photo” paper.

Packaging

Our photo prints are wrapped in an acid free paper and shipped in durable shipping cores ensuring your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping

Orders over R2500 qualify for free shipping. On orders under R2500, a R250 shipping fee will apply.

Delivery to main towns and city centres will take 3 – 5 working days. Outlying areas 5 – 7 working days. We deliver door to door via our chosen courier service.

All parcels are dispatched with a tracking number. Once your parcel is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

The items need to be returned in an unused condition and in their original sealed packaging. You may be liable for the direct costs of returning the goods. All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure they are suitable for a refund.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail to arrange collection of the items.
